How does crowd investing work?
 
This form of financing offers investors the opportunity to invest in profitable real estate projects in Germany and Austria. This makes it possible to achieve an above-average return within a short period of time. KENSINGTON Crowd’s attractive interest rates can be up to 8.50 % p.a. The duration of the projects is usually 12 to 30 months. The digital investment process takes place exclusively on a virtual basis.
 
A further advantage of the business model of the described financing mediator is that no additional fees are charged to investors. Nevertheless, it is of course necessary to observe the warning notice in accordance with § 12 (2) of German Investment Law, for example, if the owner of the construction project becomes insolvent.
 
For this reason, it is generally advisable to invest in several real estate projects when crowd financing. Diversification reduces risk and preserves the opportunity for returns that are significantly higher than with traditional forms of investment (for example savings or term deposit accounts).
